  I have been a resident of the Preserve since May 2017 and I couldn’t be happier with the complex especially Ms. Tea (resident office personal) & Mr. Jamie (maintenance department). During our recent GA winter weather snow storm I lost power in my apartment due to an issue with my stove. With temperatures dropping and 4 inches of snow on the ground something needed to be done quickly. Ms. Tea immediately came to my aid by coming to my 3rd floor apartment with Jamie from maintenance and they got to work. With temps in the low teens and the wind blowing they were still able to get most of my power back on and my apartment warm again that day. The next day Ms. Tea made sure I had a new stove and my apartment was fully restored with power. I know from personal experience working in an office doesn’t require you to manually restore power in a residents apartment but Ms. Tea along with the management team jumped right on it. She was a blessing as well as the maintenance team at the Preserve . I would have been forced to rent a hotel room if it hadn’t been for them. I can’t thank Ms. Tea & Mr. Jamie enough. If you are looking for an apartment complex in Coweta County the Preserve is the place to be. The office personal truly look after the residents.

  This is THE place to live in Newnan! Close to everything! It's a small enough complex that you can actually get to know your neighbors! If you are looking for an apartment in Newnan, this should be your new home!
